I Stand Against Weight Bullying

This is my photo for the nationwide response to the Georgia campaign against childhood obesity. Some folks out there engage in fat-shaming and bullying and cover it with the argument that they’re just worried about our health. I’m here to tell you shaming is just about the worst health strategy out there, and that this 350 pound babe is as healthy as a horse. I also only began truly caring for my health (dancing, running, eating fresh foods) when I accepted my body as it is and showed it the love it deserves.
